OUR STORY
Built on the Conviction That Businesses Should Never Have to Choose Between Growth and Control.
Magnum One was founded on a simple observation: the consultancies that helped businesses move fast and the ones that kept them compliant were rarely the same firm. We built the bridge between those two worlds.

DISCIPLINE 01
Execution discipline that fixes operational realities at the point of breakdown

DISCIPLINE 02
Data-backed decisioning that quantifies impact before and after every intervention

DISCIPLINE 03
Targeted technology enablement that embeds innovation without governance exposure
OUR ORIGIN & PHILOSOPHY
The False Choice That Built This Firm.
For more than two and a half decades, we worked inside and alongside some of the most complex, fast-growing organisations in Southeast Asia, India, and the Gulf. We watched the same pattern repeat itself: capable leadership teams, strong technology, clear KPIs — and yet the same operational breakdowns, quarter after quarter.
The answer was almost never the people or the technology. It was that most firms designed processes around their org charts and SOPs rather than around how work actually breaks down in reality.

Perpetual retainers. Every engagement ends with your team owning the results.
We do not sell dependency.
Every engagement ends with your team owning the process and the results — no perpetual retainer, no returning to fix the same problem twice.
WHAT MAGNUM ONE MEANS
One Partner. Maximum Impact. Zero Compromise.
The name reflects our founding principle: maximum-scale outcomes, delivered through a single integrated partner — not a fragmented set of advisors working in isolation.
WHO WE SERVE
Mid-to-large organisations where rapid growth is creating operational and regulatory strain.
CEO | CFO | COO | Chief Risk Officer
WHAT THEY NEED
Innovation and governance in equal measure — at the same time, from the same partner.
Magnum One is the firm built specifically for that intersection.
OUR VALUES
Execution Over Advice
We do not produce reports that sit on shelves. Every engagement is measured by outcomes — documented, validated, and handed back to your team
Precision Over Prescription
We assess before we recommend. The diagnostic is not a formality — it is the foundation. We quantify the cost of the problem before we design the solution.
Accountability Over Ambiguity
Fragmented execution ownership is the root cause of most operational failure. We build enforceable accountability into every framework we design.
Capability Transfer, Not Dependency
When we leave, your team owns the process. We measure success by your ability to sustain outcomes without us — not by how long you retain us.
The People Behind Every Engagement.
Magnum One is built on a simple belief: the quality of a consulting firm is only as strong as the people it puts in the room. Every client engagement at Magnum One is led — not managed — by a senior partner with direct, hands-on experience in the problem being solved.
Our leadership team brings together decades of cross-industry expertise across financial services, technology, risk governance, and operational transformation — gained at institutions including Standard Chartered Bank, Shell, HSBC, Natwest, ABN AMRO and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, across markets spanning Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and beyond.
There are no juniors running the engagement. No handoffs after the pitch. When you work with Magnum One, you work with us.
